This workshop is an opportunity to get familiarw ith what authentic sensuality feels like in your body. The intention is to practice allowing sensation and receiving pleasure through movement. 

This is not a formal dance instruction class. It is a guided journey to help you connect to your body and your authentic expression. No skill or experience required! Open to all people!
