We believe that the science leads us closer to the self. It is by fully understanding an idea that your subconscious can open to accept it, regulate to it, and eventually integrate it! That clarity and grounding brings us closer to our felt experience, which is where authentic healing can actually happen.

We're here to hold the standard higher. Our mission is to make education easy and accessible so that you can stop the endless scrolling on Dr. Google and feel clear and connected to your body.

The foundation of all of our teachings is always research and evidence based. We look to the disciplines of Psychology, Somatic Psychotherapy, Trauma Sensitive Care, Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, and Kinesiology to craft a variety of resources that actually offer practical guidance and make logical sense.
However, where Western medicine falls short, we come in to pick up the slack. We try to balance all of our pragmatic teachings with Holistic, Ancestral, and Intuitive teachings because we deeply believe in the power of ancient wisdom and the innate wisdom of your body.
